The Ripley AF is our beloved, category-defying, short-travel, singletrack-scorching Ripley - rendered in aluminum, with more aggressive geometry. All the sizzle and pop of the carbon Ripley, now available as a complete bike at a wallet friendly price. Modern Geometry, Precise Handling A trail-friendly 65.5-degree head angle and short (44mm) offset 130mm fork combined with 29” wheels makes for a super planted but still playful front end feel. A 76-degree seat tube angle puts your power directly to the pedals, while the short chainstays and pedal-friendly dw-link kinematics deliver that power without squandering a single watt. Universal Derailleur Hanger The Ripley AF UDH features a UDH (Universal Derailleur Hanger) for maximum drivetrain compatibility and moves to a 55mm chainline. DW Link Suspension Our 15-year collaboration with Dave Weagle has yielded yet another bike with unparalleled climbing efficiency and control. Incredible snap and responsiveness are its trademarks, and a whole mess of plush, chunder-eating, downhill-crushing goodness gets thrown in for good measure. Wrap that together and you get the best suspension you’ll find anywhere. It’s that good. Long Dropper Post The Ripley AF frame is designed with clearance for long droppers in mind. Pick Your Size We use words like small, medium, and large to describe our sizing because it’s easy to understand, but our ultra low standovers give you the ability to size your frame based on reach and preference. 2.6" Tire Clearance We pioneered the wide rim revolution a few years ago and inspired a new crop of wider 2.4”-2.6” tires. When paired together, this combo can be run at ultra-low pressures that produce elbow-dragging cornering traction without sacrificing speed. Removable ISCG-05 Mount. There if you want it, removable if you don’t. Lifetime Warranty If it’s our fault, we’ll fix it. Simple as that.

The Ripmo AF (Aluminum Frame) brings the award-winning performance of the carbon Ripmo to a wider, rowdier audience. It’s everything we love from the carbon Ripmo, plus a few tweaks. It’s Metal Over our long tenure from mountain biking’s awkward adolescence to its current anything-shreddy era, we’ve experimented with steel, aluminum and titanium—remember the Bow-Ti, the first superbike? We remember the metal times too, and it feels good to offer a premium ride experience to our broadening family of riders, courtesy of durable, affordable aluminum alloy. Universal Derailleur Hanger The Ripmo AF UDH features a UDH derailleur for maximum future compatibility and moves to a 55mm chain line. The wider chain line allows for a stiffer chainstay. Modern Geometry With a steep, 76-degree seat tube angle and a rangy but not stratospheric reach, the Ripmo AF places riders centrally and upright over the bottom bracket. It makes for an efficient position that can go the long haul without placing too much weight on its slack, 64.9-degree headtube angle. A 44mm reduced-offset fork is more surefooted on steep descents and steadies high speeds. Better up, better down. DW Link Since 2005, we’ve partnered with suspension guru Dave Weagle on the dw-link suspension platform. It provides an unparalleled combination of climbing efficiency and downhill performance, which has been proven repeatedly at the highest levels of racing. Air & Coil Compatible The Ripmo AF is compatible with both coil and air shocks due to a more progressive leverage rate. It allows for coil’s linearity to thrive and we spec air shocks with tunes that provide pop without feeling too harsh. On the trail, it gives the suspension a supple feel throughout the entirety of the stroke, enhancing traction no matter how deep you dig. 2.6" Tire Clearance Ibis helped pioneer the wide rim revolution, which inspired the new crop of wider 2.4"-2.6" tires. When paired together, this combo can be run at ultra low pressures which results in elbow-dragging cornering traction without sacrificing straight line speed. Pick Your Size We use words like small, medium, and large to describe our sizing because it’s easy to understand, but our ultra low standovers give you the ability to size your frame based on reach and preference. Long Dropper Post What’s better than a dropper post? A longer one. Our frames are designed to accommodate the longest dropper posts possible. Riders over 5’8 (or 173cm) can easily run a 185mm dropper post, while folks between 5’ and 5’8 (152cm - 172cm) can use a post 125mm or longer depending on inseam length. Removable ISCG05 Mount Our optional ISCG 05 mount is there if you want it, removable if you don’t. Lifetime Warranty If it’s our fault, we’ll fix it. Simple as that.

The Passionate Pioneer It will steel your heart. The classic TransAM returns! After a seven-year hiatus, the reliable trail-shredding hardtail is back in the lineup for a limited time. Now with modern geometry, dual 29-inch wheels, a capable build spec or frameset options, and two classic color schemes, this will be one to hang on to and pass down for many generations. The updated geo encourages hard-charging but rewards thoughtful line choice. It orchestrates a fast-paced ballet through the landscape of your choosing. The new TransAM is ready for the core rider looking to get back to their roots. SIMPLE IS FUN For the rider who loves refined simplicity with the feeling of the wind in their face as they rip beautiful ribbons of terra firma in both directions, we give you the TransAM. The TransAM brings a feeling of nostalgia and reminds its rider of that first taste of freedom when they were young. For those that watch The Wizard of Oz while listening to the dark side of the moon. For the Off-Road Cyclist. For the person who doesn't always have a plan but knows that whatever lies ahead will be a most excellent adventure. The TransAM pays homage to the free spirits of yesteryear who found rolling through the mountains on two wheels to be the best way to experience life. LESS IS MORE Tech keeps getting more complicated, the list of features gets longer, and the number of batteries keeps increasing. While we too are a bunch of bike nerds, excited about the latest and greatest, at our core we are mountain bikers who simply care about good dirt and good company. The new TransAM has no batteries, no motor, no apps, just a Chromoly frame that'll last a lifetime. In contrast to the times, we wanted to resurrect a bike that was clean and simple. With just enough updates and features like adjustable sliding dropouts, a UDH, and options for different wheel sizes, you can customize your bike to fit your style. Get the complete or the frame, either way, get out there and leave the fuss behind.

When you think of the perfect mountain bike, what comes to mind? For us, it's the Spark 970. Why you ask? Well, beyond the fact that it is fast, lightweight, and ultra-capable on all sorts of terrain, it's just damned good-lookin'. Short-travel trail bike? "Downcountry" rig? Occasional race bike? Whatever, call it what you want to call it. All we know is that this is one hell of a mountain bike. KEY FEATURES - Spark Alloy SL Frame - RockShox Judy 130mm Fork - X-Fusion Nude 5, 120mm, TwinLoc - SRAM NX-SX Eagle 12 Speed - Shimano Disc Brakes - Schwalbe Wicked Will Tires TECHNOLOGIES: ADJUSTABLE HEAD ANGLE With the new Spark, you can adjust the head angle by .6 degrees slacker or steeper. This can be done without cutting cables or bleeding brakes. All you must do is disassemble the bar, rotate the headset cups 180 degrees, and reassemble. EASY SHOCK ACCESS Accessing the shock via the bottom bracket area is facilitated through a hatch. This makes it easy to adjust rebound, compression, shock pressure, and for installing or replacing the cable for our TwinLoc Suspension System. PATENTED INTEGRATED SUSPENSION SYSTEM An integrated shock platform allows us to refine suspension characteristics without sacrificing weight. Often, when working with bikes at this level, the concept of marginal gains becomes an ever important one. For the optimal performance of a suspension shock, power transfer must be the most direct possible. What we want to avoid are any inefficient directional movements, in other words, lateral movements (sideways to the direction of travel) as the shock goes through its compression. Having an integrated shock allows us to improve this in several ways. Firstly, the frame construction around the shock and with the trunnion mount can be designed to be much more rigid, reducing movement and fostering more efficient power transfer. We can also add much larger bearings to the seat tube pivot, further reinforcing this area and reducing any unnecessary motion. Our integrated Suspension technology also helps us to engineer frames with a lower shock placement which lowers center of gravity. As a result, the bike benefits from better handling, and a more stable, confidence-inspiring ride for the end user. While these may seem like minor improvements individually, the sum of their parts results in more efficient shock performance. Additionally, the shock is fully protected from any foreign elements. Rainy race? No problem, your shock will continue to perform at its best regardless. REAR AXLE TOOL Our rear axle tool has been a staple on our bikes for years, it is now better than ever. It features a T25, T30, and a 6 Allen key all in one. With these three options, you can adjust all pivot hardware and nearly everything else there is to adjust on the bicycle. SINGLE PIVOT SUSPENSION LAYOUT A full-suspension bike will never have success without, well, good suspension design. From the first time we rode the Spark’s single pivot layout we fell in love. Years later, we still believe that for technical cross-country racing and fast, punchy singletrack it is the best approach. The Spark’s suspension layout has a very specific and proven kinematic and less unsprung mass. Using a flex pivot in the seat stay is an ideal solution for bikes in this travel range. This allows us to keep a very lightweight system while still ensuring optimal suspension performance. TWINLOC SUSPENSION SYSTEM With TwinLoc, a rider can effectively control the complete frame, fork, and shock as a system. Why does this matter? A bike with 150mm of suspension travel, correctly set up, has more sag than a bike with 130mm. It's that extra travel that makes it more fun to ride and more capable on the descents, but the greater sag has an oversized effect on the bike's geometry and climbing performance. That's where TwinLoc matters. TwinLoc helps manage the sag effect in several ways. Whereas most systems only increase low-speed compression in an effort to gain pedaling efficiency, TwinLoc allows us to not only change compression damping, but also to change the spring curve, dynamically altering the geometry of the bike. In Trail mode, the shock is not only firmer, but it has dynamically less travel. The bike sits higher, maintains a steep seat angle for those climbs, and becomes more agile. We also offer a third, full lockout mode for going up in the most efficient manner possible. These unique settings optimize climbing geometry, even on longer travel bikes. We can eliminate the "long travel effect" that can rob your pedaling efficiency, but we're not robbing you of the full-fun, 150mm travel when you point it downhill. From a race setting to a lunch ride, to an after-work trail shred, being able to switch from mode to mode depending on a trail's profile at the push of a lever is paramount to riding faster and having a damned good time.

KEY FEATURES - Spark Carbon HMF-Alloy Frame - FOX 34 Float Rhythm 130mm Fork - FOX Nude 5T EVOL, TwinLoc, 120mm - Shimano XT-SLX 12 Speed - Shimano Deore 4 Piston Disc Brakes - Schwalbe Wicked Will Tires TECHNOLOGIES: EVO-LAP TECHNOLOGY With the proper selection of materials, eighty percent of the work to create a frame is done. But the remaining twenty percent requires most of our efforts. For this reason, our choice of the most advanced carbon fibers in the market is followed by intensive use of specific tools, like FEA (finite element analysis) software, to map out the carbon lay-up. With FEA software, we can simulate different forces on a virtual model of the frame and adjust the frame construction accordingly. FEA software enables us to create complete virtual prototypes incorporating all the physical phenomena that exist in real-world environments. With our Evo-Lap technology we model the frame to optimize the surface area, simulate tube structures with different ply orientations, observe the results of using different configurations, and test the stress distribution in different areas of the frame. Thanks to this extensive computer modeling, we’ve optimized the carbon layers in all the parts of our frame. When the parts were bonded together in the first prototypes, the result was a super light and compact frame without sacrificing the stiffness, comfort or impact resistance. The entire range benefitted from our Evo-Lap technology. ADJUSTABLE HEAD ANGLE With the new Spark, you can adjust the head angle by .6 degrees slacker or steeper. This can be done without cutting cables or bleeding brakes. All you must do is disassemble the bar, rotate the headset cups 180 degrees, and reassemble. EASY SHOCK ACCESS Accessing the shock via the bottom bracket area is facilitated through a hatch. Please note that bike specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

The Hakka MX is our answer to the Swiss Army Knife. Lightweight With its ultra versatile geometry and 1000g frame weight, the Hakka MX is just as happy crushing the local club ride as it is jumping barriers or camping out. Versatile It's good to have options. With the Hakka MX, you can run road, cross and gravel friendly 700c wheels, or if you are into burlier backcountry exploration, go with 27.5/650b. With the Hakka MX, you don’t have to pick one tire option or the other. Our subtle sculpted chainstays give the frame clearance for up to 700 x 40c or 27.5 x 2.1” tires. Cable Routing Options Galore No matter what drivetrain you prefer, 1x, electronic, or 2x, the Hakka MX has you covered. The frame has internal cable routing provisions for every drivetrain on the market, plus a dropper post. We’ve even included a slick Di2 battery mount inside the downtube. Bottom Bracket We’ve tried every bottom bracket under the sun and in the end, we haven’t found anything that’s more reliable than a threaded BB. Our Hakka features the T47 BB standard, which uses 30mm bearings enabling you to use the recent crop of lightweight cranksets. This is the best way to combine a threaded BB with 30mm spindle compatibility. It’s lightweight, quiet and durable, because no one likes a creaky bike. Disc Brakes & Fender Mounts The Hakka MX has flat-mount disc mounts and fits a 160mm rotor. The ENVE G Series Gravel fork has fender eyelets, internal cable routing and monster clearance for 700c x 50c or 27.5" x 2.25" tires. There’s also a removable rear fender mount on the seat stays. Two We offer two groups (Rival1 and Shimano GRX), two wheel sizes (700 or 27.5"), two color options (Salt Water Taffy or Sacre Bleu) and two rim material options (carbon or aluminum). Five The Hakka comes in five frame sizes: 49, 53, 55, 58, 61 Lifetime Warranty If its our fault, we'll fix it. Simple as that. *Specs may differ from images shown

The HD6 is the evolution of one of the most successful enduro bikes in history. Designed with input from our Enduro World Cup team and building upon our award-winning Ripmo and HD lines, the HD6 features increased travel, a completely redesigned suspension layout, and mixed wheels. GEOMETRY The 29" front wheel, bolstered by 180mm of travel, assures stability, whereas the 27.5" rear wheel allows for additional maneuverability. The 165mm of travel skillfully manages any fallout. With a 64-degree head tube angle (one degree slacker than the current Ripmo), a BB height similar to Mojo HD5, and chainstay length identical to the current Ripmo (despite the 27.5" rear wheel), the bike maintains an equilibrium between agility and stability. FIVE SIZES In order to place every size rider in the same position over the rear wheel, the HD's seat tube angles get steeper as frame size increases. With four sizes, this would have resulted in larger jumps in reach, so we added a fifth size. The smaller increments across five sizes means that you can find just the right size. We encourage riders to choose their bike size based on their desired reach and top tube measurements. COIL COMPATIBLE Our upper link suspension layout is progressive enough to be sensitive off the top, yet supportive enough for the biggest hits. It is also compatible with all coil shocks, for those longer race stages that can tax air shock performance. DW-LINK The suspension layout may be new, but it's still DW-Link. The inherent efficiency means you don't need an overdamped shock to climb well. Less shock damping allows the wheels to stay planted on the ground, providing more traction and that hover-bike feel that our frames are known for. The HD6 climbs with a finesse that defies its enduro race pedigree. TRACTION TUNE Our custom tuned front and rear suspension feature extra light high speed compression and rebound damping to deliver unparalleled traction. This allows the wheels to flutter through rough terrain like a trophy truck storming through a set of whoops. BUSHINGS Tired of buying bearings each season? So were we. That's why we've strategically employed bushings where they're most effective and bearings elsewhere. The IGUS bushings in our lower link are not only lighter and stiffer, they're virtually maintenance-free. We believe so strongly in them, we back them with free lifetime replacement. LIGHTWEIGHT PREMIUM CARBON All our bikes are built from the highest grade materials and optimized for the best strength, weight, stiffness, and ride performance, no matter how much you spend. The HD6 frame is sub 6 lbs without shock and our complete Enduro ready builds weigh as little as 32 lbs. INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING Bikes that look pretty on the outside should look pretty on the inside. We use carbon fiber tubes molded within each frame. Push the cable in, watch it pop out a beautiful moment indeed. PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT A thick rubber downtube protector deflects debris, while our chainstay protector features thick raised sections to help dampen chain slap noise. And our simple-yet-elegant linkage protectors stop mud and rocks thrown by the tire, keeping your beautiful bike beautiful. LIFETIME WARRANTY If it's our fault, we'll fix it. Simple as that.

SEND-IT-ALL ON THE ALL NEW SENTINEL A bike that says yes to every trail, every ride and begs for more. The Sentinel rides the lines between planted bottomless sender and playful, poppy trail pony. This leaves it right in the sweet spot, as we like to call it. It's versatile attitude helps riders excel and push their limits, making it the one bike most will need. Its intuitive nature is easy to get acquainted with; you'll find yourself sending lines, jumps, and maneuvers you always felt were beyond your ability. Where before you went around, now you go over. Where you pushed up, now you pedal. Where you rolled, now you boost. It's time to Send-It-All. REFINING THE LEGEND The new Sentinel may have a similar silhouette, but we've fully redesigned the frame with updated industrial design, features, and geometry to turn it up a notch. The leverage curve supports the bike higher in its travel, leaving plenty of room for big hits while keeping it light on its feet to remain nimble and quick everywhere else. This gives it the lively, sporty attitude felt in the Spur and Smuggler without sacrificing its capabilities in rougher terrain. New size specific chainstays and a 64 degree headtube angle keep riders balanced with great traction on climbs and descents. All of this creates a bike that encourages new riders to push their limits, while ensuring a seasoned pro feels none. REFINED DETAILS We took a step back and looked for ways to improve the Sentinel, not just for the sake of change but for real, tangible steps forward that riders will feel and experience. We added internal frame storage in the downtube of our carbon frame. The B.O.O.M. Box (Burritos Or Other Munchies) is positioned below and isolated from the water-bottle cage mount. This allows you to leave your bottle installed in your cage while easily getting into the B.O.O.M. Box, reducing clutter and fuss on the trail. It also prevents noise by not placing any weight on the door itself. With an easy access lever and two supplied gear bags, riders can stow away snacks, tools, a tube, or anything else they want to have along for the ride. Wheel Size: X-Small: 27.5-inch Small - XX-Large: 29-inch
